It can be purchased from the Shop for 9,700 (its Component Improved Spirit makes up 3,000 of the cost).
Unlike other seven Tier 4 Spirit Items, Boundless Spirit doesn't have an Active or a Passive. It also has the most direct Spirit Power increase of all Items including conditional Spirit Power boosts.
