Superior Cooldown is a Tier 3 Spirit Item that provides bonus Health Regeneration and reduces the cooldown of all abilities of the purchasing hero.

It can be purchased from the Shop for 3,200 (its Component, Compress Cooldown, makes up 1,600 of the cost).

Suppress Cooldown is a component of Transcendent Cooldown.
