Why Spirit Scaling looks like this? What the hell!? It's looks like a bug, Spirit damage shouldn't be affected by template and why is it a new line? If a put it a new line. It fixes itself but now you have empty line at the top

Torment Pulse is a Tier 3 Spirit Item that provides Bonus Health and Spirit Power to the purchasing hero. It periodically (every 1.5s, scaled with cooldown) deals Spirit Damage to the 2 closest enemies.

It can be purchased from the Shop for Souls3,000.

Notes

Torment Pulse can be useful for constantly activating ability and item effects that depend on dealing spirit damage, such as Bullet Resist Shredder.

The pulse rate scales with Cooldown Reduction effects, causing Torment Pulse to deal damage more frequently.
