Phantom Strike has an Active component which, when used, will teleport the hero to a target enemy, dealing damage and applying Slow and Disarm for 3 seconds.

It can be purchased from the Shop for 6,200.

Notes

When activated, there is a short animation and delay before the hero is teleported.
