Restorative Shot is a Tier 1 Weapon Item that grants additional Bullet Resist and Weapon Damage. Its passive causes a hero's next bullet to heal them for a flat amount every few seconds. The amount of health restored is dependant on whether the bullet hits an enemy Hero or Category:Units.
It can be purchased from the Shop for 500.
