Melee Lifesteal is a Tier 1 Vitality Item that provides Melee Damage and Bonus Health. In addition, melee attacks will heal the player for a portion of the damage dealt, but this heal is less effective against non-heroes.

It can be purchased for 500 from the Shop.

Melee Lifesteal is a component of Lifestrike.

Notes

Striking multiple targets with one attack will not increase healing gained.
