Why Spirit Scaling looks like this? What the hell!? It's looks like a bug, Spirit damage shouldn't be affected by template and why is it a new line? If a put it a new line. It fixes itself but now you have empty line at the top
Removed the note that the ticks between torment pulse get reduced by cooldown reduction. Added Escalating Exposure as an example of an effect that can be stacked with this item.

Torment Pulse is a Tier 3 Spirit Item that provides Bonus Health and Spirit Power to the purchasing hero. It periodically (every 1.5s, scaled with cooldown) deals Spirit Damage to the 2 closest enemies.

It can be purchased from the Shop for Souls3,000.
