Cosmic Veil

Cosmic Veils are visual barriers located around the Map. They do not block movement, but slightly obscure vision beyond the barrier and act like one way window film. Depending on the direction, the barrier will be gray or rainbow, with gray hiding all enemy heroes behind it. On the rainbow side, enemy heroes will be visible like normal.
