Decay is a Tier 2 Spirit Item which grants the hero Spirit Power.

It has an Active component which, when used, reduces healing received and inflicts damage over time on a target hero. The damage dealt is equal to a percentage of the hero's current Health, inflicted as a bleed effect.

Decay can be purchased from the Shop for  1,250.
