Additionally, it has a passive that, when off cooldown, imbues an ability with a slow in a radius around the target and deals additional damage after a delay to enemies around the target.

It can be purchased from the Shop for 6,200.

The debuff effect is applied to the first enemy hit. If the imbued ability is an area-of-effect and it hits multiple heroes, only one enemy will receive the debuff.
