Mystic Reverb is a Tier 4 Spirit item that provides Spirit Lifesteal, Spirit Resist and bonus Ability Range to the purchasing hero. Additionally, it has a passive that, when off cooldown, imbues an ability with a slow in a radius around the target and deals additional damage after a delay to enemies around the target.

It can be purchased from the Shop for Souls6,200.
