Targets are immune to the effects of Improved Burst for 5s after taking damage from it.

+9% Max Health Bonus Damage (Conditional)

It has a passive benefit of causing additional Spirit Damage to enemies who receive at least 125 damage in a single hit.

It can be purchased from the Shop for 3,500.

The bonus damage is applied if 125 damage is dealt after resistances, not if the ability's base damage is greater than 125.
