Items are in-game equipment that provide heroes with bonus attributes and special abilities. There are currently 116 items available for purchase from any Curiosity Shop on the game map.
Items are split into four tiers based on their price. All items within a tier have the same price, except for parent items, which have the price of their component added to them.
Purchased items can be sold back to the shop, allowing the player to recoup half of the cost.

Heroes have twelve item slots in their inventory, split equally between three categories: Weapon, Vitality, and Spirit. Additionally, there are four Flex slots that can be unlocked after completing certain map objectives.
Weapon[edit | edit source]
Weapon items typically focus on improving the player's base weapons by giving additional ammo, weapon damage, fire rate, or addional effects to bullets. All Weapon items give a percentage increase in Weapon Damage in addition to their other effects depending on the cost of the item.

Upon being purchased they must be bound to one of four individual keys for activation. As a result, the player cannot hold more than four active items at a time.
