The New York Oracle is an in-universe newspaper publication in Deadlock that has been operating in New York for over 20 years, costing 5 pence per copy.

The New York Oracle Newscaster

In game it takes the form of a stall on the lanes with the Newscaster NPC. Although it can't be interacted with, it will periodically say one of the headlines, which give insights to nearby players about the world and setting of the game.

The Newscaster model is similar to the Shopkeeper.
