Siphon Bullets is a Tier 4 Weapon Item that provides increased Bullet Resistance.

Siphon Bullets has a passive effect which causes the user's bullets to temporarily steal Max Health from targets. If an enemy dies while affected by Siphon Bullets, the user steals permanent health.

It can be purchased from the Shop for Souls6,200.

Shooting an enemy hero deals 45 damage and applies 1 stack of Siphon* for 20 seconds, refreshing on subsequent applications, and stacking infinitely. Afflicting an enemy with Siphon places the effect on a per-user cooldown of 0.8 seconds. Each stack of Siphon lowers the maximum health of affected heroes by 45.

  • The damage dealt by Siphon Bullets is not able to be increased in any way or lowered in any way by Bullet Resist or Spirit Resist. (Shiv's Bloodletting has a bug which enables him to entirely mitigate a portion of this dealt damage as it is visually deferred but he does not take damage).
  • The damage is not subject to damage falloff and does not proc item effects.
  • Siphon Bullets can be applied by Ricochet, but the per-user cooldown of 0.8 seconds still applies.
