The New York Oracle is an NPC in Deadlock. Although it can't be interacted with, it will periodically say one of it's headlines, which give insights to nearby players about the world and setting of the game. In-universe, it is a newspaper that has been operating in New York for over 20 years, costing 5 pence per copy.
