Ixia is another plane of existence from ours, connected through a series of gates to Earth. South Ixia is the 52nd state of the United States, after Puerto Rico. [1]
Ixians are the origin of what was historically known as Demons.[2] Some Ixians have a supernatural control of fire, manifested in 
Infernus and in 
Grey Talon's step-daughter. Even though 
Abrams is an Ixian[3], he isn't currently known to have control over fire.
Wrecker is known as The Butcher of Ixia.
