October 10, 2024	Added echo to Echo Shard cast sound.
September 26, 2024	Now has a 0.3s cast delay (like Refresher).
September 12, 2024	Updated Echo Shard sound effects. Spirit Power increased from +8 to +12.
August 29, 2024	Now grants +8 Spirit Power.
August 1, 2024	Bullet Resist increased from 10% to 16%.
July 18, 2024	Added new Echo Shard visual effects. Now grants +10% Bullet Resistance.
May 16, 2024	No longer gives +20 Spirit for the second cast.
