Kaori is a Deadlock developer. Their Discord username is @kaori05908.
Kaori records the character's voice lines, and as such they are a reliable source for confirming voice actors.[1] However, they won't confirm a voice actor unless the dev team has "locked down" a character's voice and design, as the game is still in development.[2]
