Debuff Remover is a Tier 3 Vitality item that reduces the duration of all negative effects applied to you, and has an active ability that purges all negative effects currently applied to you, granting bonus Movement Speed if any were removed.

It also provides Bonus Health and Weapon Damage to the purchasing hero.

Debuff Remover has the Tier 2 component: Debuff Reducer.

It can be purchased for 4,250 from the shop.
