The Tunnel Rats are an underground (both figuratively and literally) group that assist the black market that operates between the "boroughs", using a network of underground tunnels.

== Notable members ==
[[Mo & Krill]] act as enforcers for The Tunnel Rats, punishing anyone who disrespects the group. They oppose the gangs who occasionally try and exploit the tunnel system.
